You will be the technical expert from concept through installation and startup, translating customer needs into manufacturable solutions for demanding industrial environments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or closely related field.
• 5+ years of technical field, applications engineering, or similar hands-on engineering experience.
• Experience in oil & gas, mining, power generation, heavy industrial or similar environments.
• Familiarity with sensor technologies, industrial monitoring systems, electronics, and network communications.
• Understanding of Modbus, 4–20mA, Relay logic, and other common industrial protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in company products, technologies, and applications across industrial markets.
• Partner with sales to understand customer requirements and recommend solutions.
• Translate customer needs into practicable, manufacturable system solutions.
• Configure standard products to meet application-specific requirements.
• Design customized solutions incorporating internal products and third-party tech.
• Perform engineering calculations to support recommendations.
• Serve as technical point of contact throughout sales and implementation.
