Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years of technical B2B sales or consultative engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical consultant and Territory Manager across SE Minnesota.
• Conduct technical field assessments for plants and industrial sites.
• Evaluate water chemistry metrics and fluid dynamics for custom solutions.
• Engage with plant leadership to engineer upgrades and process controls.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account growth.
• Travel daily within SE Minnesota to client sites and perform reviews.
