Job summary

SENSIT Technologies is seeking a Technical Product Specialist to bridge customers, sales, and product development. The role blends technical training, field evaluations, deployment support, and hands-on problem solving at customer sites, helping utilities and emergency responders adopt SENSIT products.

You will gather structured customer feedback to influence roadmaps, support product introductions, and assist in demonstrations and technical discussions during purchasing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a comparable hands-on technical field.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% of the time.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to document observations.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to users clearly and practically.
• Comfort with field work and customer-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer training on SENSIT Instruments at utilities and fire departments.
• Travel with Regional Sales Manager to deployments and ensure customers can use instruments independently.
• Document field observations and write trip reports for product management and sales leadership.
• Create customer-facing guidance materials (reference cards, procedures, training materials).
• Support new product introductions at accounts and gather feedback for VOC summaries.
• Assist with demonstrations, field evaluations, and technical discussions during purchasing decisions.
• Provide technical troubleshooting during deployment, startup, and ongoing use of SENSIT products.
