Job summary

Persistent Systems, LLC seeks a Field Application Engineer in Fort Collins, CO to support field operations, conduct demonstrations, assist with system integrations, and provide on-site and off-site customer support. You will train customers and build relationships with government, industry, and commercial clients.

Responsibilities include facilitating testing, developing documentation, and delivering technical guidance to management and customers while collaborating with sales teams to design

Qualifications

• Must have CompTIA Net+ and Security+ certifications.
• RF/wireless knowledge and ability to work with customers.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time.
• US security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Travel to test locations and customer sites to support testing, evaluation, and deployment of Wave Relay system.
• Support project execution in deployment and support phases as technical specialist.
• Conduct development testing on Wave Relay products.
• Create diagrams and documentation for engineering solutions and customer requirements.
• Develop technical expertise of the Wave Relay suite of products.
• Support sales with technical analysis and solution design during business development.
