Job summary
TE Connectivity is seeking a Field Application Engineer / Senior Field Application Engineer to bridge technical expertise with business impact across the customer lifecycle. You will partner with Industrial Automation customers, sales, service, and engineering to support product adoption, resolve technical challenges, and influence solution development.
The role covers both pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring high-value technical consultation, seamless implementations, and ongoing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field is required.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive field applications or related roles.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into practical business solutions.
- Experience with product demonstrations, installations, and training delivery.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Diagnose product and system issues and advise corrective actions.
- Serve as primary technical interface between customers and internal teams.
- Support product demonstrations and evaluations during pre-sales.
- Assist with installations, commissioning, deployment, and acceptance.
- Escalate and coordinate complex technical issues.
- Deliver technical training to customers and partners.
- Provide field insights to product management and engineering teams.
