Job summary
TE Connectivity’s Aerospace Defense and Marine (ADM) unit in Southern California is seeking an experienced Field Application Engineer to support Emerging Market and Space Customers across CA, WA, CO and TX. You will serve as the technical interface between TE’s sales and engineering teams and customers, guiding product applications and new development opportunities.

Qualifications
- BS degree in Engineering required (Electrical/Mechanical/Systems preferred).
- 8+ years of engineering experience in a Military or Aerospace Environment.
- Proficient in 3D Design Applications; Creo, SolidWorks, SpaceClaim, AutoCAD.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial technical interface between TE and customer engineers.
- Support new product development opportunities and provide conceptual design modeling.
- Coordinate deliverables related to customer projects including new products and test studies.
- Interact with key customers daily and establish relationships with customer engineering contacts.
- Assist in qualification activities for products and processes.
