CSC ServiceWorks is hiring an Appliance Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain laundry appliances at customer sites across the Peoria region. You will work Monday through Friday as part of a field-based team, using your mechanical aptitude to service washers and dryers and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes independent work, safety compliance, and accurate documentation. Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 pounds and pass pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge appreciated.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair washers, dryers, and air-vending machines at customer sites.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe, compliant repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Maintain service records and update internal systems with work performed.
