CSC ServiceWorks is seeking an Appliance Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain washers and dryers at customer sites in the Tolleson, AZ region. The role emphasizes independent work, strong mechanical skills, and a customer-focused approach to service calls.

Ideal candidates bring basic plumbing and electrical knowledge, plus experience in appliance repair. You will document service activity, manage parts, and adhere to safety standards while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Basic Plumbing and Electrical knowledge.
• Previous appliance repair experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle heavy appliances.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varying environments.

Responsibilities

• Service and Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair appliances (washers, dryers, air-vending) per guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance to extend lifespan and ensure optimal performance.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers and provide guidance on maintenance.
• Documentation: Keep service logs and update internal database with accurate information.
• Parts & Inventory: Monitor inventory and order parts as needed for efficient repairs.
• Safety: Follow safety protocols to protect workers and customers.
