CSC ServiceWorks is seeking an Appliance Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain washers, dryers, and air-vending machines across customer sites in Colorado. The role emphasizes independent fieldwork, strong mechanical aptitude, and reliable on-site service to meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have basic plumbing/electrical knowledge, prior repair experience, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Basic Plumbing and Electrical knowledge.
• Previous appliance repair experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Basic computer skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Service and Repair: diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair washers, dryers, and air-vending machines.
• Maintenance: perform routine preventative maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Customer Service: interact professionally with customers and provide guidance on appliance use and care.
• Documentation: maintain service records and update internal systems.
• Parts and Inventory: monitor stock and order parts as needed.
• Safety: follow safety protocols and protect customers' property during calls.
