Responsibilities

• Service and Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair appliances such as washers, dryers, and air-vending machines at customer sites.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and preventative services to extend appliance lifespan.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally and provide clear information on repairs and maintenance.
• Documentation: Keep detailed service records and update internal systems with parts used.
• Parts and Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and order parts as needed.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and protect customer property during service calls.
