CSC ServiceWorks in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Appliance Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair washers, dryers, and air-vending machines at customer sites within the assigned region. You will perform preventative maintenance, document service calls, manage parts and inventory, and ensure safety standards are met while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude for diagnosing and repairing appliances.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate in the field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for customer interactions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Service and Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair washers, dryers, and air-vending machines at customer sites.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance to extend appliance lifespan.
• Documentation: Record service calls, parts used, and outcomes accurately.
• Safety: Follow safety guidelines and protect customer property.
• Inventory: Monitor parts and tools, order as needed.
