Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Life Sciences, or related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics or commercial operations in pharma/biotech.
• Hands-on expertise with pharmaceutical commercial systems and data including CRM (Veeva).

Responsibilities

• Own operation of incentive compensation across multiple commercial field teams, including plan governance.
• Configure and maintain CRM and other critical field tools and systems.
• Drive sizing, targeting and alignment with leadership; develop cross-functional account planning tools.
• Build and maintain dashboards and ad hoc analytics for leadership and partners.
