RayzeBio, a Bristol Myers Squibb company, is seeking a Director of Field Medical Excellence & Operations to build and scale capabilities, infrastructure, and operating model for high-impact field medical execution across the radiopharmaceutical portfolio.

This role will oversee field systems, CRM, dashboards, insights reporting, and training in close partnership with Medical Affairs and Commercial Operations.

Qualifications

• Advanced life sciences degree or clinical degree; PharmD/PhD/NP preferred.
• 5+ years in Medical Affairs, Field Medical, Medical Operations, or related areas.
• Experience in medical affairs program development, scientific communication, field education, clinical trials, evidence generation, strategic planning, or product launch execution.
• Oncology and/or radiopharmaceuticals experience desirable; launch or field operations experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute Field Medical Excellence strategy aligned with Medical Affairs priorities and launch readiness.
• Define standards, playbooks, and best practices for compliant field execution and scientific exchange.
• Support scientific communication strategies and ensure compliant field messaging.
• Oversee field operations, including systems, CRM, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and impact metrics to evaluate field performance and readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated launch planning for RayzeBio products.
