Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in data science/engineering roles, experience with real‑world data, and comfort working directly with customers. Up to 70% travel and hands‑on problem solving are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer, ML Engineer, Software Engineer or in a similarly technical role.
• Experience building solutions with complex, imperfect real‑world datasets.
• Ability to move from problem understanding to coding, testing with users and deploying a working solution.
• Experience working directly with customers, operators or business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; comfortable working with ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and embed with client teams.
