Job summary

Talentify seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with strategic enterprise customers, architecting, building, and deploying high-impact AI solutions. You will bridge client AI capabilities with business needs, owning end-to-end solution delivery from discovery to production and optimization.

Role combines engineering depth with customer engagement, offering autonomy and impact typical of an AI startup, backed by a global tech company. Onsite with remote flexibility in San Antonio, TX.

Qualifications

• Must have Palantir certification and enterprise AI delivery experience.
• Hands-on with LLMs, vector databases, data pipelines, RAG and agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose business challenges, map data landscapes, and co-design AI solutions on-site.
• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of agentic AI workflows and RAG pipelines.
• Drive rapid prototyping and POC development to demonstrate business value quickly.
• Own the full lifecycle: scoping, architecture, build, deployment, and post-launch optimization.
• Architect production-grade Enterprise AI apps on Foundry Solutions or Private Cloud and integrate with ERP/CRM.
• Build scalable data pipelines across structured/unstructured data with ETL/ELT and vector databases.
• Develop and fine-tune LLM/SLM; implement RAG architectures and multi-agent orchestration.
