Job summary

RedBull USA seeks an Account Sales Manager to perform outside sales on a defined route of RedBull Distribution Company accounts, increasing product sales and display placement while upselling inventory and cooler space. Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License required, DOT medical card not specified.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in sales, account management and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• English language required; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage products and relationships with customer contacts for sale of RedBull products at assigned RedBull Distribution Company (RBDC) accounts.
• Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and look for ways to increase sales.
• Ensure all RedBull equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Perform outside sales functions.
• Evaluate competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions.
• Meet monthly goals focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, and new account setup.
• Build and protect the RedBull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product and correct brand flow.
• Increase inventory and diversity of products at each RBDC account and improve in-store branding.
• Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices.
• Maintain relationships with customer contacts at each RBDC assigned account.
