Arbutus Medical Inc. is hiring Associate Account Managers to support surgeons, clinical teams, and customers in the field across the North East region, with 70% travel and remote work options. You will drive product adoption, deliver clinical education, and lead hospital implementations from day one.

Based in Newark, NYC, or Philadelphia, you will manage accounts, run our trade show playbook, expand product lines, and maintain CRM while building relationships across Level I trauma centers.

Qualificações

• Valid driver''s license and passport.
• Ability to travel over 70%.
• Comfort working in-person in medical/surgical environments.
• Proficiency with word processing and presentation software.

Responsabilidades

• Support customer accounts, drive product adoption, and assist with clinical education and training.
• Lead on-site hospital implementations and ensure high utilization from day one.
• Plan, organize, and attend industry trade shows and conferences within the region; manage logistics and lead generation.
• Represent Arbutus at events and nurture relationships to expand account penetration and referrals.
• Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline reporting, and process documentation.
