Job summary

Aroa Biosurgery Limited is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to drive adoption of its soft-tissue repair portfolio across Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland. This full-time, field-based role works closely with the Territory Manager and surgeons, clinicians, and hospital teams in diverse healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Previous medical device or healthcare sales experience.
• Familiarity with operating rooms or hospital environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Support customer accounts throughout the sales and clinical process, including operating room case coverage, follow-up patient care, product in-servicing, inventory management, and account development.
• Work with the Territory Manager to execute territory plans and develop customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities for growth and maintain an active presence within key accounts.
• Build understanding of the product portfolio, competitive landscape, and clinical/economic factors influencing purchasing decisions.
