Job summary

LGG Industrial in Williston, ND, seeks an Account Manager to develop and strengthen customer relationships across product lines, identifying needs and opportunities within and across product lines to drive sales and value for customers.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, manage a strategic territory plan, and maintain CRM data while traveling within the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of sales, service, and/or industrial distribution experience or a college degree in Industrial Distribution or related degree program.
• Must have valid driver''s license and a clean driving record.
• Background checks and drug screening may be required for on-site work.
• Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; able to handle measurements.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory, including overnight travel.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends, as required.
• Overtime may be required; reliable transportation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells company products, systems, and services to new and existing customers.
• Develops and manages a strategic territory plan to exceed targets for gross profit and sales.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers and internal teams through consistent communication onsite and virtually.
• Collaborates with internal partners to provide value-added solutions that impact customer results and revenue.
• Partners with internal teams to maintain accurate data and efficiencies in CRM and reporting.
• Provides regular business reviews, order status, pricing, and on-time delivery updates.
