Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales on assigned routes and manage inventory. You will order product for customer accounts, support merchandising, and ensure on-shelf availability and pricing adherence.

Eligible candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of sales or customer service experience, strong computer skills, and a valid driver's license with business-use coverage; willingness to work a Monday–Friday schedule with some holiday

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of work experience.
• Customer service experience in a retail environment or in a sales position with sales targets.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid Driver's License with vehicle liability insurance and business-use coverage.
• Willingness to work some holidays and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Orders product at accounts on an assigned sales route and transmits orders.
• Sell big event marketing, pillar programming, innovation, and mandated features to customers.
• Builds, changes, and removes product displays and POS; ensures proper pricing.
• Communicates account activities with customers and internal teams.
• Stock and merchandise products in beverage sections and display areas.
• Maintain end-to-end ownership of each account through action and communication.
