Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking an Account Manager to drive product orders, manage accounts, and maintain in-market inventory. The role requires coordinating with merchandisers and drivers to meet customer needs and ensure top service.

The position emphasizes frontline liaison duties, rotating products by date, and ensuring shelves and displays are properly stocked and priced. A professional with retail sales experience will fit best.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of work experience.
• Customer service experience in a retail environment or in a sales position with targets.
• Basic computer application and technology skills required.
• Valid Driver's License with personal vehicle use reimbursed at work.
• Flexible schedule; some holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Take orders for accounts on assigned sales routes using technology for processing.
• Sell big events, pillar programming, CMA and other activations to drive satisfaction.
• Create and modify product displays; manage pricing and POS.
• Communicate account activities with customers and internal teams.
• Stock merchandise in beverage sections; maintain displays and space.
• Maintain end-to-end ownership of the account through communication.
