Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is looking for an Account Manager to manage customer accounts, balance orders and ensure product freshness and availability. This role acts as the frontline liaison to maximize customer satisfaction and drive sales across assigned routes.

The position involves field travel, coordination with merchandisers and drivers, and maintaining on-shelf presentation and pricing in stores.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of work experience.
• Customer service or sales experience in a retail or field environment.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with standard software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use personal vehicle with reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for accounts on assigned sales routes and coordinate with merchandising.
• Sell marketing programs and CMA offerings as needed to meet customer needs and company standards.
• Set up and maintain product displays and POS, ensure correct pricing, and manage inventory and damaged goods.
