Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company seeks an Account Manager to sell and order products for customer accounts on a designated sales route in Missouri. You will service as the frontline liaison, rotate products by date, and assist merchandising by stocking on site.

Responsibilities include processing orders, promoting events and in-store promotions, setting up displays, coordinating with merchandisers and drivers, and maintaining pricing and stock while traveling locally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of work experience.
• Customer service experience in a retail environment or in a sales position being held accountable for sales targets preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Valid driver\'s license and proof of business-use insurance at time of hire.
• Must be open to a flexible schedule; may be required to work some holidays to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill orders for accounts on an assigned sales route and manage inventory.
• Sell big event marketing, pillar programming, innovation, and mandated features and ad activity; may include CMA.
• Create and maintain product displays and POS; ensure proper pricing and stock; manage damaged goods.
• Communicate account activities with customers; coordinate with merchandisers and drivers.
• Ensure merchandising standards and stock in beverage sections; maintain end-to-end ownership of accounts.
• Travel to local accounts as needed.
