Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking an Account Development Manager to drive growth for assigned stores, expanding both existing business and new accounts across commercial, industrial, and new home construction segments. You will operate in the Austin, Texas market reporting to the Regional Manager and traveling within the territory.

You will leverage CRM to manage accounts, track interactions, and generate quotes that align with company margin targets.

Qualifications

High school diploma required with 3+ years of sales experience and strong customer service.
CRM software experience preferred; coatings industry experience is a plus.
Must be able to travel daily within the assigned territory and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Grow sales for Pittsburgh Paints Company stores, expanding existing business year over year and developing new accounts in commercial, industrial, and new home construction segments.
Report to Regional Manager and work in the field based in the Austin, Texas market.
Use CRM to manage accounts, maintain call logs, run reports, and keep contact information up to date.
Collaborate with store managers and employees to meet or exceed customer needs.
Prepare and present accurate customer quotes to achieve margin targets aligned with pricing strategies.
