Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company seeks an Account Development Manager to grow sales across assigned stores in the Dayton, Ohio region. You will build yearly growth by expanding existing business and developing new accounts in commercial, industrial, and new home construction segments.

You will report to the Regional Manager and travel daily within your territory, utilizing CRM to track activity, quotes, and performance. A strong customer service orientation is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 3+ years of sales experience.
• Stellar customer service skills and business coursework advisable.
• CRM experience preferred; coatings industry experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel daily within territory and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales for assigned PPC stores in Dayton area.
• Develop account strategies and pursue new opportunities.
• Use CRM to manage accounts, log calls, and run reports.
• Collaborate with store managers to meet customer needs.
• Prepare accurate quotes to meet margin targets.
