Job summary

PeopleConnect Staffing seeks a results-driven Business Consultant to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in a field-based outside-sales role. The position requires commuting to client sites and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

You will build relationships with decision-makers, leverage networking and referrals, and maintain a strong pipeline to meet and exceed yearly targets with uncapped commissions that drive OTE well above base. Office locations span several states.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales/business development experience.
• Experience selling to businesses is required.
• Proven ability to exceed quotas.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
• Prospect, schedule, and conduct initial appointments and sales presentations.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Negotiate deals, terms, and close new business.
• Manage relationships with clients post-sale.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation.
