Job summary

Charter Communications is hiring an Account Executive for Spectrum Business to grow the small business client base in the San Antonio area. You will prospect, analyze needs, and present data, phone, video and mobile solutions to help clients communicate more effectively and efficiently.

Daily field-based selling with occasional office work; requires a Bachelor's in business or related field and 2+ years of sales or telecom experience; drivers license and reliable vehicle; fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or telecom/technical industry experience.
• Excellent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses within your assigned sales territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to identify and recommend Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from first contact to final sale.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations and closed deals.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and exceptional customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with Spectrum's products and strategies.
• Continuously improve the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
