KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and expand our client base in Chantilly, VA. You will sell repair services and service agreements for HVAC, Plumbing, Building Automation, and Electrical to commercial customers.

If you are energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable in the field, you will build relationships with decision-makers, prospect via cold calls, and close deals to contribute to growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive sales experience in B2B environment.
• Ability to prospect and close deals with C-level decision-makers.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Building Automation, and Water Treatment solutions to commercial customers.
• Prospect new business through cold calling, networking, and outreach.
• Build relationships with high-level decision-makers and drive growth.
• Spend the majority of time in the field with customers.
