Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking a driven Account Executive to grow a commercial territory across Chantilly and Northern Virginia. You will sell HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building automation and water treatment solutions, generating opportunities through cold calling, networking and field outreach while building relationships with decision-makers and facility leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales for facilities solutions.
• Ability to build relationships with executives and facility managers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial customers across Chantilly and Northern Virginia.
• Sell HVAC, plumbing, electrical, BAS and water treatment solutions.
• Generate opportunities via cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM and close deals.
