Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an Account Executive to drive community-based sales for home health care and hospice services in the Eau Claire area. You will assess needs, educate referral sources, and generate referrals through in-person visits, educational presentations, and events.

In this role, you will manage a defined territory, build strong partnerships with hospitals, SNFs, and physicians, and meet monthly admission targets while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualificações

• 2+ years healthcare, home health, or hospice sales experience.
• Knowledge of standards of practice for all services provided.
• Valid and current driver’s license with evidence of automobile liability insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed monthly qualified admission targets.
• Maintain a professional business demeanor as an Aveanna representative.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources.
• Design a regular cadence of visits with referral sources within the geographic area.
• Participate in regular meetings to build partnerships and communicate admissions/discharges.
• Develop strategic relationships with referral sources and customers to increase volume and census.
• Serve as a resource to internal and external customers for timely clinical service solutions.
