Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Home Health Account Executive to market to doctors’ offices, hospitals, and facilities in the Pasco County area. You will educate referral sources and establish trusted relationships to grow market share.

This role involves field-based work with autonomy and a flexible schedule. You will conduct in-services, presentations, and events, travel to multiple sites, and coordinate discharge planning with administrators as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of healthcare sales experience (plus for Home Health experience).
• Established community relationships/referrals with potential sources.
• Excellent people and relationship skills for referral sources, patients, families, and public.
• Strong ability to present and effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to travel to multiple site locations and attend meetings.

Responsibilities

• Educate referral sources about Aveanna Home Health services.
• Conduct in-services, presentations, and educational events for physicians and facilities.
• Maintain autonomy with a field-based schedule and spend substantial time in the community.
• Promote relationships with physicians, health facilities, and other customers to grow market presence.
• Regularly consult with the Administrator on marketing and sales activities.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing/sales strategies for company services.
• Coordinate with Directors/Managers to maintain and grow accounts.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources through ongoing assessment.
• Coordinate on-site discharge planning when needed.
