Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Home Health Account Executive to market services to doctors’ offices, hospitals, nursing facilities and other referral sources to achieve financial and market share goals. Establish trusted relationships with referral sources and in-house staff while educating potential customers about our home health services.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years healthcare, home health, hospice sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate and present to referral sources in physicians' offices, hospitals and facilities.
• Host in-services, presentations, and events to introduce home health services to physicians, patients and staff.
• Operate with autonomy and a flexible schedule; spend time in the field rather than behind a desk.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with physicians, facilities and customers to grow market share.
• Coordinate and complete on-site discharge planning when needed.
• Design a regular schedule of visits to referral sources in Jefferson County and surrounding areas.
• Participate in sales activities and in-service programs and QA/Qapi initiatives.
