Job summary

• 2+ years of outside sales/business development experience within PEO, payroll, HR tech, or related fields.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to build relationships with business owners, executives, and HR leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
• Develop and present customized proposals and solutions to prospects.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts; manage the full sales cycle.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast opportunities, and meet quarterly quotas.
• Nurture client relationships through onboarding, implementation, and post-sale support.
