Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales or business development experience in PEO, payroll, HR tech or related industries.
• Proven ability to generate new business and meet sales quotas.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within your market.
• Schedule and conduct initial appointments and sales presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, scope of services, and terms with prospects.
• Maintain ownership of the entire sales cycle from prospecting through close.
• Track sales activity, opportunities, forecasts, and results using Salesforce.
