Arrow International Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and manage select existing accounts in the Indianapolis area.

You will represent our charitable gaming products and work with clubs to grow revenue and support community causes. This field-based role requires daily travel throughout the territory, occasional evenings/weekends, and a focus on relationship building, training, and compliance to ensure responsible gaming and successful programs.

Formación

• Familiarity with veteran and fraternal organizations is a plus; passion and drive matter.
• Strong communication and listening skills with a client-focused approach.
• Independent problem-solver who thrives without close supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Identifying and connecting with customers to ensure success with Arrow products.
• Build relationships with local organizations and drive charitable revenue.
• Conduct training programs to ensure compliant and transparent gaming operations.
• Establish trust with clients and strive to exceed expectations.
• Assist with reporting and compliance guidance for member-play performance.
