Incyte is seeking a Field Access Manager in the United States to minimize payor and pharmacy barriers for patients and providers. You will educate HCPs on prior authorization, coverage status, and funding options while collaborating with Sales, Patient Access, and Market Access teams to resolve access and affordability concerns.

The role requires strong communication, strategic planning, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a field-based environment across assigned geographies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, business, or life sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience (prior therapeutic area or biologics experience highly desirable).
• Experience working with specialty pharmacies, retail Dermatology pharmacies, distribution hubs, and managed care.
• Ability to lead without authority in complex, cross functional teams and build strategic long-term partnerships.

Aufgaben

• Educates HCPs on prior authorization requirements, coverage status, payor appeals and medical exception requirements, alternate funding options for the uninsured and under insured, and all processes and timelines.
• Establishes, fosters, and maintains relationships with HCPs and health care systems to support resolution of payor criteria issues.
• Monitors in-process patient cases through a patient navigator portal with proper patient consent.
• Applies knowledge of specialty and dermatology pharmacy services to assist customers navigating distribution.
