Incyte is seeking a Field Access Manager to lead payer and access education across a defined geography, minimizing barriers for patients and providers.

You will educate HCPs on prior authorizations, coverage, and funding options, build strategic partnerships, and collaborate with Sales, Patient Access, and Market Access teams to meet KPI goals while ensuring compliance and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in healthcare, business, or life sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years pharma or healthcare experience; district management, patient access and/or managed markets experience preferred.
• Experience working with specialty pharmacies, retail Dermatology pharmacies, distribution hubs, and managed care.
• Must have keen sense of self-motivation/initiative, excellent decision-making judgment, strong teaming/collaboration skills across functions.
• Must be resilient and adaptable with ability to recover from setback and learn from mistakes.
• Ability to lead without authority in complex, cross functional teams and build strategic long-term partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in translating vision and strategy into tactical plans to drive business; ability to develop and execute localized strategic plans.
• Experience interacting with KOLs or high influence customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations.
• Effective communication, presentation, and decision-making skills; ability to motivate and energize teams.

Responsabilités

• Educates HCPs on prior authorization, coverage status, payor appeals, and funding options.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with HCPs and health systems in their geography.
• Monitors in-process patient cases through a patient navigator portal with proper patient consent.
• Applies knowledge of specialty pharmacy core services and retail Dermatology pharmacy distribution.
• Demonstrates extensive knowledge of payor presence, mix, coverage and policies.
• Ensures activities are compliant with regulations, laws, and company policies.
