• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies and managed care.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Educates HCPs on prior authorization requirements, coverage status, payor policies, and access processes.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with HCP offices and health systems.
• Monitors patient cases through a navigator portal with consent.
• Applies knowledge of specialty pharmacy and dermatology distribution to assist customers.
• Ensures compliance with regulations, laws, and company policies.
