Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a field-based role in the Washington, DC area. You will serve as the go-to resource for payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient services, educating provider offices on access pathways and approved resources.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or related areas
  • 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Cardiovascular/Pharmacy or hospital healthcare systems experience a plus
  • Ability to travel 3-4 days a week within the territory
  • Strong analytic, problem-solving, and business acumen
  • Experience educating healthcare providers on access processes and patient service programs

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily activities to support patient access to client products in provider offices
  • Educate on Retail and Specialty Pharmacy drug prior authorizations, appeals, and denials
  • Participate in client meetings and internal cross-functional calls
  • Serve as the local access and reimbursement expert for the geography
  • Monitor payer policy, formulary coverage, and utilization management requirements
  • Communicate field insights to internal stakeholders and ensure ROE compliance
