Stratis Group is a leading pharmaceutical consulting firm focused on market access, patient services, and data-driven analytics. The Access & Reimbursement Manager will serve as a dedicated access resource within an assigned territory, advancing patient access and educating provider offices on payer requirements.

This field-based role requires collaboration with sales, market access, and hub partners, with travel 3–4 days per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or related area.
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Cardiovascular/Cardiology experience a plus.
• Ability to travel 3-4 days a week; must reside within the Territory.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of CMS policies and Medicare Part D for Pharmacy Benefit products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory access plan and prioritize accounts.
• Educate provider offices on payer requirements and reimbursement processes.
• Coordinate with sales, market access, patient services, and hub partners.
• Document activities in CRM and adhere to ROE.
• Identify access barriers and provide solutions to improve patient access.
