Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, coding, and access pathways. You will work with sales, account managers, and PECS to address access barriers and ensure compliant patient support across the territory.

The role requires 5+ years in reimbursement or related fields, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 75% in the Manchester, NH to Worcester, MA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in a provider setting.
• Experience with buy-and-bill, coding, prior authorizations, and appeals processes.
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication skills; patient-focused service mindset.
• Valid US driver’s license and permanent residence in listed territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements of payer organizations.
• Collaborate with field support team members and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Utilize data and account management skills to address access barriers.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
