Job summary

Stratis Group seeks an Access & Reimbursement Manager to act as a field-based resource within an assigned territory, educating provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, patient support services, and approved access resources for the product and therapeutic area (Cardiovascular).

You will develop and execute a territory access plan, coordinate with sales, hub/specialty partners, and other stakeholders, and document activities in the CRM while adhering to ROE guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or related areas
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Retail & Specialty Pharmacy reimbursement processes
• Willingness to travel 3–4 days a week within the territory
• Strong analytic capabilities and business acumen
• Experience educating HCPs on access processes and patient service programs

Responsibilities

• Educate provider offices on payer requirements and reimbursement processes
• Develop and execute a territory access plan; prioritize accounts
• Provide in-person visits and participate in client meetings
• Serve as the local access and reimbursement expert for the geography
• Monitor payer policy, formulary coverage, and prior authorization trends
• Document activities in the CRM and share insights with stakeholders
• Use client-approved materials and ROE guidelines
• Identify barriers and communicate field insights for improvement
• Report adverse events or product issues as required
