Syneos Health is hiring a Field Reimbursement Manager to minimize reimbursement barriers and improve patient access to therapy. You will navigate internal stakeholders, sales teams, payer teams, and HUB to support physician offices and infusion centers across a defined geographic area.

The role requires a BS/BA and 5+ years of pharma/biotech sales, with knowledge of payer structures and billing. Hybrid work environment and travel are expected.

Formación

• BS/BA degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/device sales.
• Experience with private payer structures and reimbursement processes.

Responsabilidades

• Establish HCP/office access and site of care options.
• Identify potential site of care locations and onboarding.
• Ensure optimal patient access and site-level pull-through.
• Monitor patient compliance and adherence to treatment.
• Educate offices about coverage and coding of products.
• Coordinate with HUB and field partners on case updates.
• Distribute reimbursement materials to sales partners.
