Cytokinetics, a cardiovascular biopharmaceutical leader, seeks a Field Access Manager for the Mid Central territory (Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky). This field role travels to engage healthcare providers and payer partners, ensuring patient access aligned with FDA labeling and HUB processes.

You will collaborate with Market Access, Patient Services, and HUB vendors, monitor access metrics, and resolve reimbursement barriers to support launch readiness and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical field reimbursement, patient access, HUB services, or market access roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive identification and resolution of patient access barriers across payer coverage and prior authorizations.
• Partner with HCP offices to support benefits verification and education on payer documentation requirements.
• Analyze HUB, specialty pharmacy, and payer data to identify access gaps and implement improvements.
• Serve as field access SME, providing approved access education to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Patient Services, and HUB vendors to improve pull-through and reduce friction.
• Support launch readiness and lifecycle management by identifying access barriers early.
• Monitor key access metrics and translate insights into action plans.
• Manage high-priority case escalations involving complex reimbursement issues.
• Deliver field insights to inform access strategy and HUB optimization.
