Cytokinetics is seeking a Field Access Manager to drive patient access in the New York City territory. The role focuses on identifying and removing access barriers across payer coverage, prior authorizations, and copay pathways while coordinating with HCP offices and HUB vendors.

The position requires deep knowledge of payer dynamics, payer documentation, and access data to enable compliant field solutions. It involves travel within the territory and a remote-friendly, field-based setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or equivalent in business, life sciences, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead proactive identification and resolution of patient access barriers across payer coverage, prior authorization, step edits, copay assistance, and specialty pharmacy routing.
• Partner with HCP offices to support benefits verification and payer documentation requirements.
• Analyze HUB, specialty pharmacy, and payer data to identify access gaps and implement improvements.
