Incyte Corporation is seeking a Field Access Manager to optimize patient access by educating HCPs, navigating payor requirements, and reducing barriers to Incyte products across an assigned geography. The role works with Sales, Patient Access, Market Access and other teams to resolve access and affordability concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in healthcare, business, or life sciences.
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies, retail Dermatology pharmacies, distribution hubs, and managed care.
• Ability to lead without authority in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to be in the field 3–4 days per week.

Responsabilités

• Educates HCPs on prior authorization requirements and payor processes.
• Builds and sustains relationships with HCPs and health care systems in the geography.
• Monitors patient cases via a patient navigator portal with proper consent.
• Applies knowledge of specialty and dermatology pharmacy services to assist customers.
• Demonstrates knowledge of payor presence and policies across the geography.
• Ensures activities comply with regulations and company policies.
