Job summary

Incyte Corporation is seeking a Field Access Manager to provide coverage and access education, minimizing payor and pharmacy barriers for patients and providers in an assigned geography. You will educate HCPs on prior authorization, coverage status, payor policies, and participate with Sales, Patient Access, and Market Access teams to resolve access concerns.

This role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to navigate complex payor landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in healthcare, business, or life sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience; district management and patient access preferred.
• Experience with specialty/pharmacy distribution and managed care.
• Strong self-motivation, judgment, teamwork and adaptability.
• Ability to lead without authority in cross-functional teams and build partnerships.
• Proven ability to translate vision into tactical, localized plans.
• Experience engaging with KOLs or high-influence customers in large practices.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills to motivate teams.
• Strong business analytics to track progress against objectives.
• Field-based role with 3–4 days in the field per week.

Responsibilities

• Educates HCPs on prior authorization requirements, coverage status, and payor policies; provides live education.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with HCPs and health systems to resolve payor criteria issues.
• Monitors in-process patient cases via a patient navigator portal with consent.
• Applies knowledge of specialty and dermatology pharmacy services to assist customers.
• Develops an access strategy plan with Dermatology Business Director to meet KPI goals.
• Partners with compliance and legal to ensure programs stay compliant.
