This role requires OSHA 10/30, a valid Guard Card, flexible shifts, and travel across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external customers.
• Detail orientation and prioritization in dynamic environments.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• Proactive and adaptable to evolving responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access control and badge scanning for entrants.
• Manage parking passes and compliance.
• Document visitors and deliveries with logs.
• Provide on-site worker support and tech troubleshooting.
• Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks.
