Job summary

Shentel seeks a Glo Fiber Retail Sales & Customer Solutions Representative in York to guide customers through service options and close sales. This role combines in-store interactions with outbound outreach to build a loyal customer base, backed by paid onboarding and ongoing coaching.

You’ll earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance-based earnings, with no cap on income. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company contributions.

Qualifications

• Must be customer-focused and able to engage people in person and on the phone.
• Comfortable working in a sales environment with performance-based earnings.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the Glo Fiber store.
• Provide sales and service support via inbound calls and outbound leads.
• Identify customer needs and recommend Glo Fiber solutions.
• Build relationships and follow up to grow the customer base.
• Process payments by credit card or cash.
