Job summary

Shentel is seeking a Retail Sales & Customer Solutions Representative for Glo Fiber in Ohio. You will help customers select fast, reliable fiber internet in-store and over the phone, building trust and delivering service with a smile.

You will receive paid onboarding, coaching, and ongoing support, with base salary plus uncapped commissions; competitive benefits and a clear path to higher earnings as you grow your customer base.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Base salary plus uncapped commissions with performance-based earnings.
• Willingness to work in a retail store environment and on a schedule including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in-store with products and services.
• Provide sales and service support via inbound calls and outbound warm calls.
• Identify customer needs and recommend Glo Fiber solutions.
• Build relationships and follow up to grow the customer base.
• Process payments by credit card and cash; meet/exceed sales targets.
